We are Andy and Leah, two Engineers and travel lovers who decided it was time to leave “normal” life behind and explore!

Our adventurous life began when we decided to pick up everything and move from Vancouver, WA to New York City (temporarily) and then onto San Francisco. Since we are both from the Tech World (I was a Project Manager and Andy was an Engineer), we were able to save up money and start a new chapter in life. Our original thought was to buy a boat and travel the world. We were on a solid track to get there but decided it would be just as amazing to start our adventure in North America. Andy and I are world travelers but we rarely spent time in the US. So in November (over Thanksgiving), we did a week long road trip from SF to Utah to Arizona and back to California. It was AMAZING!! We visited 5 National Parks, hiked, explored and saw things we had never seen. That was the turning point! We started packing things up, selling items, quit our jobs and moved back to Vancouver, WA (our original home). We spent 8 weeks building an expedition trailer and are ready to hit the road!
